Medicaid Buy-In program premium payments will restart May 2025

In 2020, we paused the monthly premium payments for the Buy-in Program for Working Adults with Disabilities and Program for Children with Disabilities because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Starting May 2025, monthly premium payments will be due again. You will receive a premium letter in April 2025. Your first premium payment will be due May 15, 2025.
Check your mail or your PEAK mailbox in the next month for a letter with more information. If you have questions, call Buy-In Customer Service at 800-711-6994 (State Relay: 711).
